The inability to fall asleep or stay asleep during the night is known as insomnia. This condition can be brought on by a number of factors, including anxiety and stress, depression, adrenal depletion, or liver congestion. There are instances when it is sufficient to simply take a medication that helps calm the nervous system immediately before going to bed. A herbal sleep formula might come in handy in this situation.
