CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME
Carpal tunnel syndrome is caused by a narrowing of the bony passage in the wrist, which constricts blood vessels and nerves passing to and from the hand, resulting in pain and sensation disturbances in the hand. Repetitive movements such as constant typing cause carpal tunnel syndrome.
Many people suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome have found relief from vitamin B-6. Anti-inflammatories such as IF-C may also be helpful along with massage and stretching exercises that keep the wrists flexible. Chiropractors and other body workers can also make adjustments to the wrists to aid in healing. Topical medications, such as Recover Soothing Blend, can also be used to alleviate inflammation and pain.
