Back Pain (General)
Back pain is frequently caused by a mineral deficiency, an acidic pH, and/or poor kidney function. Some of these remedies are for topical use for immediate pain relief, while others work internally for longer-term relief.
Several factors can cause severe back pain. An over acid condition of the tissues may be resulting in mineral depletion and muscle spasms. It is often beneficial to strengthen the kidneys' ability to flush acid waste with KB-C and to drink more pure water. Consuming more fresh fruits and vegetables and less meat and grains will also help to alkalize the diet.
Some people may discover that they are mineral deficient and require additional minerals to increase structural strength in the spine. In some cases, colloidal minerals, Skeletal Strength, Calcium w/Magnesium, Collatrim, PLS II, and Herbal CA have all been effective.
Apply lobelia extract along both sides of the spine and massage the muscles to help them relax for immediate pain relief. Following that, apply Tei Fu Essential Oils and massage some more. This allows the spine to relax while also drawing oxygen and nutrients to the area. Triple Relief or APS II w/White Willow may also help relieve pain-related inflammation. Spraying Nature's Fresh along the spine can also help to reduce inflammation, especially if the source of the back pain is a problem with the spinal disks.
The answer is yes. Stretching exercises, yoga, massage therapy, and/or chiropractic care are all options. Maintaining good posture is also essential for a healthy back.
